Chosen by Slow Food Nation and Food & Wine Trails, exclusive travel coordinator for Slow Food Nation, each hotel is located near one of the Slow Food Nation event sites or near public transportation. Because Slow Food Nation occurs over the busy Labor Day Weekend, hotel space is in high-demand and will begin to be released by the end of July. So please book early. Space and rates are subject to availability and can only be confirmed by the hotel.
